João Paulo Goulart Clementino

A graduate of the Franca Law School (FDF), he has solid experience in tax advisory and litigation, and also works on contract drafting and corporate planning.

He is coordinator of the Tax Law Committee of the Franca Bar Association (OAB) and a founding partner of Soares, Goulart & Caetano Advogados, where he provides strategic legal solutions focused on business tax matters.
