Guilherme Henrique Soares

A specialist lawyer with a strong track record in Digital Law and Intellectual Property.

He graduated from the Franca Law School (FDF) and holds a postgraduate specialization in Digital Law, Innovation Management and Intellectual Property from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG).

He currently serves as co-coordinator of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Franca Bar Association (OAB). He is a founding partner of Soares, Goulart & Caetano Advogados, where he advises companies and professionals on protecting digital assets, innovation and intellectual property.
